To be eligible for Live Phone Technical Support you must have:
A working Internet connection on the WinProxy machine
Two network cards (or USB equivalents) and appropriate manufacturers drivers associated with the network cards should be installed in the WinProxy machine.
One network card (or USB equivalent) and appropriate manufacturers drivers associated with the network cards should be installed in all client machines.
All network components must be connected via media (cabling/wireless).
A working TCP/IP network. If you don't have a working TCP/IP network, please review our Networking Assistance service below.

Email support is always free to all of our registered users for both evaluation and purchased products.

WinProxy Evaluation Users     FREE
If you are in the 30-day evaluation period with the WinProxy application, you will receive 30 days FREE technical support.
Registration of New WinProxy Purchase within 30 days     FREE
If you are within the first 30 days of registering your WinProxy serial number, you will receive 30 days of FREE technical support.
Registration of WinProxy outside 30 days     $29.99
If your WinProxy serial number is past 30 days from its original registration date, you can purchase live phone support for a non-refundable fee.
Priority Support     $39.99
If you need urgent technical assistance, choose Priority Support to be connected to an agent without delay.
Networking Assistance     $59.99
Networking Assistance entitles you to live phone support for a non-refundable fee.

WinProxy Technical Support will configure the Server (WinProxy machine) and one client machine with any technical support service. To have multiple client machines configured on a network, there will be an additional fee of $9.99 per client computer.
